Payroll direct deposit or direct billing is available as part of the Bank's cash management service. Cash management gives you the ability to upload an ACH file created by your existing system. We also offer the ability to create an ACH file from within Cash Management at no additional cost.
Direct deposit guards against lost checks and gives your employees the benefit of knowing their paycheck has been safely deposited into their checking or savings account whether they are at home or away on business.
Direct billing allows you to manage your company's funds more efficiently. American State Bank customers pre-authorize their accounts to be directly billed on a specific day and the funds credited to you.
